THE SEARCH

There was a man

He was seeking for what to truly satisfy him

He had searched all over

But could not find an answer

Just like the woman at the well

He had been fetching water from the well and drinking from it daily

But he was not satisfied

He needed that kind of water 

That would make him never to thirst again

He had tasted all manner of water of the world 

His soul was not satisfied

In fact it was restless

Like a camel, he kept on drinking the water of the world

The more he drank, the more his soul became tired and thirsty for more

But just one day

One particular faithful day

He met a preacher

The preacher introduced him to the CEO of the living waters

The water he would drink and never thirst again

At first he doubted in his mind 

And feared that just like the other water he drank in the past

This one would not also work

The more he told him about the water

The more he wanted to taste it for himself

Then he asked him

Where can I get this water?

The preacher smiled 

And pointed to his bible.

Therefore if any man be in Christ

He is a new creature

Old things are passed away 

Behold all things have become new

The CEO of the living water can give you a new life 

To enjoy the new water

His water is beyond tasteless, odourless and colourless

A drink from it gives you fulfilment

And no harm will come near you

So are you ready to accept the new living water?

Hastily he replied, yes

And we prayed together

You can also say the same prayer with me

"Lord Jesus, 

I am sorry for going to the world to look for water to satisfy me instead of coming to you

I accept and acknowledge that you are my lord and saviour

I want your living water to quench my thirst and satisfy my soul. 

I need you in my life today and forever

Guide me and feed me with your living water daily

And I promise to serve you for the rest of my life

Thank you for answering my prayer
